Getting started
What exactly does HEVEA Pulse do?
HEVEA Pulse takes the raw footage you filmed during the week — from any phone or action camera — and turns it into a published, narrative-driven Instagram post or Reel. It transcribes your audio, scores your clips, assembles a first edit, and lets you review and publish in minutes rather than hours.
How do I get started?
Sign up, create your profile (tone, content style, what your channel is about), and upload your first batch of weekly footage. HEVEA Pulse handles the rest. Your first output will be ready within a few minutes of upload.
Do I need any video editing experience?
None. HEVEA Pulse is built for people who have zero interest in learning editing software. Your only job is to film your week and spend a few minutes reviewing the draft.
How long does it take to process a weekly batch?
Processing time depends on the total footage length, but most weekly batches (30–90 minutes of raw footage) are processed in under 10 minutes.
What is a "narrative thread"?
A narrative thread is a recurring scene or theme that HEVEA Pulse detects across your clips — a construction site, a morning routine, a meeting, a walk. Instead of a random montage, your reel tells a story by connecting moments that belong together.

How much does HEVEA Pulse cost?
One plan, $39/month. Every feature is included. No tiers, no feature gates.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days free, no credit card required. Upload your first week of footage and see the output before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. More options coming in 2026.
What happens when I cancel?
Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account is paused and your data is retained for 90 days in case you want to resubscribe.
Are there any per-clip or per-minute fees?
No. The $39/month covers unlimited uploads, unlimited processing, and unlimited exports.
Privacy & footage
Who can see my footage?
Only you. Your raw footage is stored in encrypted storage accessible only by your account. HEVEA Pulse staff do not review your footage.
Is my footage used to train AI models?
No. Your footage is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model shared with other users. Processing is strictly per-account.
How long do you keep my raw footage?
Generic B-roll and ambient footage is retained for 30–90 days after processing and then purged automatically. Footage tagged as part of a long-term narrative thread is archived as long as your account is active. You can delete individual clips or your full archive at any time from your account settings.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
A full account deletion request purges all footage, narrative data, and account information within 30 days. You can request deletion from account settings or by emailing hello@heveapulse.com.
Where is my footage stored?
Footage is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure in the EU. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3.
Cameras & compatibility
Which cameras work with HEVEA Pulse?
iPhone (all recent models), Android smartphones, GoPro (Hero series), DJI Osmo Pocket, and Insta360. If it exports standard video files (MP4, MOV, or similar), it will work.
Does it work with 360-degree footage?
Yes, for B-roll and ambient footage. 360-degree clips are auto-reframed before processing. For narrative close-ups and talking-head content, a standard camera gives better results.
Can I mix footage from multiple devices in the same batch?
Yes. A single weekly batch can include clips from your iPhone, a GoPro, and an Insta360 all at once. HEVEA Pulse normalizes footage before processing.
Does it work with cinema RAW files?
Not yet. Professional cinema RAW formats (RED, BRAW, etc.) are not supported. This is an honest limitation — HEVEA Pulse is designed for everyday cameras, not professional production gear.
Does it support professional drones?
Consumer drones like the DJI Mini series are supported. Professional cinema drones with RAW output are not yet supported.
Affiliate program
How does the affiliate program work?
You get a unique referral link. When someone subscribes through your link and their payment is confirmed, you earn 20% of the net sale value. Commission is paid once per month in Bitcoin via Binance Pay.
When do I get paid?
Payouts happen on the 1st of each month for all confirmed sales from the previous month. Minimum payout is $10 equivalent in BTC.
Does the commission apply to the free trial?
No. Commission is tied to verified completed sales only — meaning the referred user must convert from trial to a paid subscription and their payment must clear.
Is there a minimum audience size to join?
No minimum. The affiliate program is open to anyone — you do not need to be an influencer or content creator to participate.
How do I sign up for the affiliate program?
Visit the affiliate page, fill in the sign-up form, and you will receive your referral link within 24 hours.
