1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HEVEA Pulse (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

HEVEA Pulse is an AI-powered content automation platform that processes video footage uploaded by users and produces Instagram-ready content including Reels, Stories, and Carousels, along with written captions, hooks, and hashtag recommendations.

The Service is provided by Hevea Investment Ltd, registered in Hong Kong.

3. Subscription and Payment

• ›The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $49/month (USD), billed in advance.
• ›Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your card details.
• ›Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• ›You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• ›Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers. Subsequent months are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program allows subscribers to earn subscription credits by referring new paying subscribers. For each subscriber you refer who completes a paid month, you earn one free month on your own subscription, up to a maximum of 24 free months lifetime.

Affiliate credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits are applied automatically to your next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you upload to the Service remains your intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant HEVEA Pulse a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Content produced by the Service (Reels, captions, carousels) is owned by you upon generation. HEVEA Pulse retains no rights to your output content.

6. Acceptable Use

• ›You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• ›You must not upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
• ›You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
• ›You must not use the Service to generate content for or about illegal activities.
• ›Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hevea Investment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
